ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet top-tier food safety and quality standards across North America (NAM), including the US and Canada. Working closely with the Group Head of Technical & Quality, you’ll assist with enhancing and maintaining our Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS), manage product certifications, and support our sales team by delivering accurate, timely documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and building customer trust through compliance excellence.

Key Skills needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years in food safety, quality assurance, or compliance, preferably in food/beverage, with knowledge of USDA NOP and FSQMS.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication for stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload.
- HACCP Level 3 preferred.
- PCQI certification preferred.
- Experience and knowledge in coffee sensory assessment preferred.
- Oat milk manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.

YOUR COMMITMENT
This is a fully remote role but requires residence in Central or Mountain Time zones to meet the business travel requirements. You’ll travel ~30% of the time for trials, supplier visits, and team building per the Minor Figures Travel Policy. Hours are generally between 8:00am–5:00pm in your local time zone, with flexibility for travel or urgent tasks.
This role is an exempt role working 40 hours per week.
