Our signature Barista Oat range can be found on the bar at over 10,000 independent coffee shops around the world and our full lineup of products can be found in thousands of stores across 4 continents. Minor Figures has been B Corp Certified since 2022.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for the new 'go to' person to have direct responsibility for overseeing the delivery of exciting end-to-end projects and campaigns from start to finish whilst also managing the creative studio. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who can build strong relationships - both in their team and with stakeholders alike. If you have been in Studio or Project Management for a brand or product team and have the ability to help prioritise briefs and help run multiple concurrent creative projects across the business, this is for you.
You will work across multiple functions and help to deliver the Minor Figures vision, ensuring our brilliant global brand comes to life. You will ensure everything we do is well-planned and resourced, coordinated and delivered on time. You will be expected to use your knowledge and experience to deliver within time and cost constraints.
ABOUT YOUR TEAM
You’ll be part of a small and agile team at the heart of Minor Figures, which comprises of a Head of Design, and three designers: a senior designer, a digital designer, a packaging designer, and a creative production manager. We operate as a beautiful whirring machine, with each team member expertly playing their part in bringing an extensive array of projects to life within the Minorverse. We work closely with the wider teams throughout the business, collaborating on a day-to-day basis with the Global Digital team and Marketing teams in each region.

Experience in effective project planning, monitoring and reviewing
Able to manage resources
Enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude, self-motivated and proactive, continually striving for improvement and not afraid of implementing it.
Clear reasoning and communication with high levels of determination and collaboration.
A mindset of constant improvement, comfortable with ambiguity and a team player comfortable building strong relationships quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects/productions, and prioritise workload effectively, willing to change focus quickly.

YOUR COMMITMENT
You’ll be based out of our office in East London. Work-from-home flexibility is supported but the office will be your base and allow you to bring the energy and creativity to help educate and inspire our team.
The hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm. Flexibility is required due to working with teams between different time zones [UK & US].
